a) All properties are non-smoking and non-pet properties (small pets are negotiable with an additional deposit).

b) All prospective tenants must fill out an application and pay an associated application fee which includes a credit check.  Credit history must be satisfactory.

c) Applicants must have personal references including good rental or home ownership along with good employment history.

d) Minimum 12 month leases are required.
